Non-genuine parts might look like the real thing but they have not been made, selected or approved by the maker of your car and have never been tested as an integral component of your vehicle by the manufacturer. All these factors could stop the part from working properly. There is also no guarantee that the part was originally genuine without knowing the full repair history of the vehicle. Other names for salvaged parts include ‘green’ parts and ‘recycled’ parts. The only situation in which a reused part should be considered is in the case of remanufactured genuine parts in which the car-maker itself has reconditioned the part to its strict specifications.

Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts have the same craftsmanship and quality that your car’s original parts had and have longer service life compared to non-genuine parts.

When you use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts, it will help your car stand the test of time. The wear and tear of the genuine parts are the same as the wear and tear of the cars’ original parts. Avoid taking a risk using ordinary aftermarket vehicle parts.
